Access MD is different than traditional primary care practices in that the service level is much higher. Members receive benefits such as having Dr. Hashimi's personal phone number, extended appointment times as needed, and same day or next day appointments.

Dr. Hashimi has practiced internal medicine for over 22 years here in Mobile, and created Access MD so she could offer a higher level of care than a traditional practice. Dr. Hashimi has the time to devote to each of her patients, and the time to listen to their concerns.
How Can We Offer This?
Access MD charges a surprisingly low annual fee. This fee allows Access MD to offer services to hundreds of patients rather than the thousands of patients traditional practices serve. The annual fee pays for services not covered by your insurance company (or Medicare).
